Territory Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage all sales activities within the assigned territory to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and increase market share, while supporting and growing our distributor network with Counteract products.
- Identify and qualify prospects through cold calling, networking, and participation in industry events.
- Build enduring relationships with customers, distributors, and key decision makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted sales campaigns.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Record and input data into CRM/ERP system
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in wholesale distribution sales, sales manager or similar role, preferably in manufacturing or transportation.
- Profecient in Office 365 and comfortable with a CRM/ERP (Acumatica)
- Familiarity or interest in the transportation industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory (valid passport and driver’s license required, with the ability to travel to the United States).
- Comfortable with occasional weekend travel for trade shows and distributor events.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Team player mindset, contributing to the overall growth of Counteract.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
**Benefits**:
