Our client, a Company in the manufacturing industry is hiring for a Territory Sales Manager to join their team. Compensation: Salary range of $70- $85k, plus uncapped commission and benefits Responsibilities:•Developing new accounts while growing the business within existing accounts• Effectively utilize Salesforce CRM in the development of a sales strategy and forecast for acquiring new business within assigned territory. • Ability to manage multiple channels of distribution• Analyze customer requirements and promote products to meet those solutions • Build solid working relationships with stakeholders and distribution partners• Complete price quotes• Cross selling profits • Perform site walkthroughs while acting as a safety and industrial product expert• Identify, track and report on regional market information and evaluate market conditionsSkills, Knowledge and Abilities Required:• Previous Sales Management experience (3+ years required)• Must be based in Vancouver/Lower Mainland (Surrounding areas)• Ability to work from home office • Must be able to travel to different locations within territory of BC (including overnight travel)• Must have a valid driver’s license • Knowledge of the equipment manufacturing industry • Excellent time management • Proven track record of positive sales performance.• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills• Superb leadership ability• Light to moderate lifting required
