Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes;
- Assist the General Manager with the team’s sales process and lead generation, follow up, and close;
- Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production and club sales goals;
- Call leads to obtain bookings into classes. Calls are necessary. If you are not comfortable making calls this is not the position for you;
- Conduct effective grassroots and community marketing events and follow up on leads;
- Foster member retention;
- Perform daily studio cleaning and maintenance tasks as outlined per shift;
- Welcome visitors and members to the studio, answer phones. and assist the front desk with various administrative tasks
- Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting an individual’s needs and wants;
- Work closely with coaching staff and front desk staff to provide high-quality first time and member experience;
- Develop and motivate the team in sales skills and lead generation;
- Oversee all fitness center operations;
- Retain a strong social media presence, work closely with the social media team to monitor the marketing trends and in house promotions and updates
- Perform multiple-member retention tasks such as satisfaction calls and Lost Sheep calls.
- Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Three or more years of sales experience within a similar industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
- Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
- Ability to multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment, often with changing priorities;
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve and motivate others in memberships and retail sales;
- Self-starter who also has a flexible schedule and strong work ethic.
