**Job Overview**

**Duties**

  • Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff and leadership
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for various projects
  • Oversee data collection and maintain accurate records to support decision-making processes
  • Support marketing initiatives through content organization and outreach coordination
  • Supervise junior staff or interns, providing guidance and mentorship as needed
  • Facilitate effective communication within the organization through public speaking engagements or internal briefings
  • Lead or participate in project management activities to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Organize training sessions or workshops, including teaching responsibilities when necessary

**Experience**

  • Proven administrative experience with a strong understanding of office management procedures
  • Supervising experience demonstrating leadership capabilities and team oversight
  • Skills in public speaking, project management, and marketing are highly desirable
  • Experience in data collection, recruiting, or teaching will be considered an asset
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills combined with strong communication abilities are essential for success in this role

Pay: $17.20-$30.42 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
