**About the role**:
**What you’re responsible for**:
The Operations Excellence Manager plays a pivotal role in driving efficiency, standardization, and strategic execution across OSL Direct division to enhance business performance and operational success.

**Primary responsibilities include**:

- Manage team of Field Support Coordinators ensuring high performance standards
- Find and address Interdepartmental gaps, maximize output and ensure business continuity
- Scale, Standardize, Document SOPs, with continuous process improvements and optimization
- Collaborate with leadership to determine ongoing strategic action plans that support all key business objectives
- Implement performance management processes and operational enhancements
- Lead project management efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams
- Event coordination and execution for key sales events and initiatives
- Oversee sales quality, ensuring compliance with client-defined ethics and coaching standards
- Partner with client and internal teams to establish and manage sales operations priorities
- Ensure smooth adoption of corporate initiatives, system updates, and policy changes

- Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in data analytics and performance tracking
- Solid foundation in sales strategies and customer service best practices
- Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams that consistently exceed targets
- Experience in providing operational support to sales teams
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring seamless execution
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities
- Advanced practical expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an asset
