We are currently looking for a VIP Account Manager that will be responsible for developing and managing our high-value VIP Casino players, aiming at building relationships that will drive loyalty across the company taking them to the next level.

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivers personalized service and excellent customer experience to the company’s VIP Tier segment.
- Main focus is maintaining/increasing player activity via proactive tasks which are standard processes followed daily, weekly, monthly or even on an ad-hoc basis.
- Builds strong relationships through engagement with the aim of helping players reach higher tiers within the VIP Program.
- Is analytical in observing customer behavior and quickly reacting to satisfy both customer and business needs.
- Provides constructive feedback for continuous operational and process improvement.
- Provides reports on performance and financial updates to the VIP Host.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Communication and interpersonal skills; strong command of spoken English and use of proper grammar. Knowledge of French language is a plus
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, multi-task/ -cultural, dynamic environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Self-starter capable of taking initiative and working with mínimal direction
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business and workgroup needs
- Experience in outbound phone based or sales telemarketing role is a plus

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
