Algonquin Outfitters is hiring an **Ecommerce Associate** to join our team in **Huntsville**. Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager you’ll help ensure our online store is accurate, responsive, and running smoothly so customers can get the right gear and get outside.

**What you’ll do**
- Assist with **product listings** (titles, descriptions, and photos)
- Ensure online listings are **accurate, complete, and up to date**:

- Work with store teams to support **smooth order fulfillment**:

- Help with **online order processing**, picking, packing, and shipping
- Contribute to a **fun, inclusive, team-focused** work environment

**What you’ll bring**
- Strong **attention to detail** and accuracy
- Experience with **data entry** (ecommerce experience is an asset)
- Comfort using **Microsoft Excel** and spreadsheets
- Strong **time management**, organization, and follow-through
- Ability to work independently and **prioritize in a fast-paced environment**:

- Experience with **POS systems** is an asset
- Retail experience is an asset

**Schedule & availability**

Retail and ecommerce move quickly especially during peak seasons. This role requires availability to work some **weekends and holidays**.
