**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
- Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle information.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs needed, utilizing mechanical knowledge to enhance customer understanding.
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to dealership standards.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an automotive dealership or repair shop is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate technical information to customers.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Sales experience, particularly in upselling automotive services, is highly desirable.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $17.85-$31.51 per hour
