**The Project**:
Proposed Consultants should have experience delivering **at least one IM/IT project within the past eight (8) years that clearly demonstrate experience** in all of the below listed skill sets. It is not required that each project demonstrate all of the skills required, but that across the projects provided in the submission, the experience below is met:
a) **Five (5) years of experience working as a Quality Assurance and Control Lead or Business Analyst** (i.e. where the proposed Consultant held the business analyst role in a team of IT professionals and business users);
b) **Three (3) years’ experience planning and implementing quality assurance and testing** activities including:
i. Developing comprehensive quality assurance and test plans, and

ii. Executing quality assurance and testing activities including:
a. Quality Assurance Measurement and Tracking

b. Quality Assurance Audits

c. SME Testing

d. Integration Testing

e. Regression Testing

f. User Acceptance Testing

g. End-to-end Testing

h. Production Implementation;
c) **Three (3) years’ experience identifying, defining, modelling and documenting business needs**, that included:
i. modeling and documenting technical solutions,

ii. developing and presenting business cases including feasibility studies, risk assessments and cost benefit analysis of solution alternatives,

iii. defining and documenting product for development and ongoing support, and

iv. developing presentations, reports and submissions required by clients to secure approval and funding from Executive or Final Decision Makers, and develop work plans;
d) **Three (3) years of experience interacting professionally with a wide variety of people in diverse roles**(e.g., executives, contractors, technical experts, naive users) to develop and implement:
i. Operational techniques and activities to fulfill requirements for quality,

ii. Quality assurance and control capabilities to support Agile and Iterative projects,

iii. Cloud based COTS Solutions,

iv. automated business processes,

v. service agreements with service consumers and suppliers,

vi. appropriate service management processes,

vii. training/education materials, and

e) **Three (3) years’ experience managing the quality of the delivered business solution **to ensure it meets the client’s quality expectations by:
i. ensuring structure, design and development of the deliverables complies with applicable standards, and

ii. ensuring performance of technical reviews and audits and obtain required approvals before implementation; and

f) **Two (2) years of experience managing effective communications with project stakeholders** at all levels from diverse business units.
