**Opportunity knocks**
As a Purchasing Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating the planning and re-ordering of sundries SKUs among team members in alignment with the Purchasing Department's guidelines. You will ensure adherence to departmental processes, systems, and schedules. You will be responsible for mentoring, coaching and training team members to enhance their skills, increase versatility and team capabilities, aiming to improve overall performance of the department.
You will also perform buyer duties while providing supportive leadership alongside the Purchasing Manager, as a key role to ensuring harmony within the department by aligning strategies, design, standardization, and implementation of processes and procedures for the Purchasing team.
**Your story**
You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Purchasing role or Supply Chain environment. You have studied Supply Chain, Inventory Management or Purchasing (PMAC, APICS, SCMP or equivalent) and have a College or University Degree in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent. You are someone who has an experience in both computerized and manual inventory replenishment systems (ERP/MRP) along with inventory management, which includes but not limited to, demand forecasting and monitoring, product re-ordering planning and replenishment.
**What’s in it for you?**
We are proud to offer a salary in the range of $75,000 - $77,000 per year. The actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal equity. This position also offers extensive benefits coverage and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and successful team
