The College’s 6,800 full-time and 10,000 part-time students, including hundreds of international students from countries around the world, attend at campus locations in Peterborough, Lindsay, Haliburton and Cobourg. Fleming offers more than 100 full-time programs in Environmental and Natural Resource Sciences, Fine Arts, General Arts and Science, Technology, Skilled Trades, Community Development, Health, Business, and Justice as well as other Continuing Education courses.

As a Contract Faculty member, you will play a key role by promoting academic excellence, developing an effective learning environment, and designing, teaching, revising and updating curriculum. Your previous working experiences will provide a broad range of practical knowledge to enhance the student learning experience. Contract Faculty may teach in teams or independently and develop/deliver curriculum in a variety of ways including face-to-face (lectures, seminars, labs) and online.

**What We Are Looking For**:
You will have a relevant combination of education, which includes a minimum Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce or related discipline, and a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience including exposure to international markets and/or multinational corporate environments. Teaching in a post secondary environment or having a relevant Master’s degree (i.e. MBA or M.Ed) will be considered an asset. Your practical and relevant experience includes work in the following areas:
- _International marketing _
- _M_arketing research_
- _Corporate social responsibility and sustainable business practices_
- _Entrepreneurship_
- _Business strategy_
- _International legal frameworks_
- _Import and export regulations and processes_
- _Enterprise planning systems_
**Salary Range**
As per the part-time, partial load or sessional salary grid.
