**Account Manager**

**Salary $50,000 p/year + great company benefits**

**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to our Directory of Sales and Marketing, as an **Ecommerce Account Representative,** you will be part of a team that is responsible for maintaining all aspects of our ecommerce customer accounts.

**Key Responsibilities of the role include**:

- Product/content management on different marketplaces and customers websites
- Onboarding new customers
- Order entry
- Customer service
- Merchandising website listings to maximize sales & improve conversion rate.
- Strong ability to learn and understand products and categories
- Analysis of customers KPIs to gain insights on their behavior
- Share your ideas by actively participating in regular CorLiving sales team meetings
- Manage inbound/outbound communication with customers (B2B, B2C)
- Possibly attend trade shows with CorLiving sales team to build relationships with
new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with other teams, including Art dept, Marketing, IT. and Warehouse to
provide improvements and recommendations.
- Conduct sales analysis using customer web portals and internal sales reports to
develop goal-oriented initiatives based on findings
- Other general administrative duties.

**About you**:

- Experience in sales and understanding ecommerce sales process.
- Experience with admin duties / data entry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is essential
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills
- Able to work independently, able to manage your own time, and excel in multi-tasking
- Enjoy and work well with a team
- Proficient in MS excel
