**Are you a detail-loving, tech-savvy, get-it-done kind of assistant who thrives behind the scenes?**
We’re looking for a proactive **Virtual Assistant** to support tasks across two growing brands:
**Limitless Beauty Society** - a coaching membership for beauty entrepreneurs
**Body Pro Beauty** - a beauty & aesthetics academy + med spa clinic

You’ll work closely with the leadership team to help us stay organized, streamline projects, and execute creative tasks that support our growth and impact.

Responsibilities Include:
**ADMIN + SYSTEMS SUPPORT**
- Organize Google Drive, Canva folders, and shared documents
- Upload files and videos to our membership hub
- Create links, forms, and help manage backend tech (e.g., Zapier, ConvertKit, etc.)
- Help maintain task lists and timelines for launches or course content

**MARKETING & DESIGN**
- Design simple, on-brand graphics using Canva (IG stories, slide decks, PDFs, promo images)
- Assist with formatting landing pages and opt-ins
- Help plan and schedule Instagram content (Reels, stories, captions, etc.)
- Support marketing campaigns with small tech tasks and creative updates

**CLIENT & MEMBER SUPPORT**
- Upload resources for members inside the Limitless Beauty Hub

You Might Be a Perfect Fit If You
- Have at least **1-2 years of experience as a virtual assistant or digital support role**:

- Are confident with tools like **Canva, Google Workspace, Instagram, and Monday, Asana**:

- Have excellent written communication skills and a strong eye for design
- Can handle multiple tasks without losing focus or dropping details
- Are flexible, creative, resourceful, and love figuring things out
- Have an interest or background in the **beauty, coaching, or education** space (bonus)

Logistics:

- **5-15 hours/week**, depending on active projects
- Flexible hours — but should be available during business hours for quick check-ins
- You’ll report directly to Operations and work collaboratively with our team
- This is a contractor (non-employee) position, paid via invoice

Pay: $16.55-$41.87 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
