**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
We are looking for a positive and professional individual to join our team as Client Coordinator. To succeed in this position, you must be detail-oriented and highly organized. The role will involve intricate collaboration with other team members, particularly the Client Managers and Producers.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Providing day-to-day support for all client transactions.
- Preparing and issuing certificates of insurance, invoices, binders, insurance proposals, and other documents, as required.
- Verifying accuracy of insurer documents and requesting policy changes or corrections.
- Following-up with clients and insurers for outstanding information.
- Claims administration and follow-up.
- Other related duties as may be required.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Completion of University or College degree is preferred.
- Preferably a minimum of one (1) year commercial insurance experience.
- Bilingualism (English/French), while not mandatory, would be a significant asset for this position.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs (namely Outlook, Word and Excel).
- Strong organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Comfortable with problem solving, critical thinking, and decision making.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
- Aptitude towards teamwork and adaptability.
- Ability to effectively participate in multiple projects and meet deadlines.
