**Job Overview**
Team Trigon is seeking a detail-oriented and team-focused Commercial Insurance Support professional to join our growing team, to be based out of any of our branch offices. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and client service support tasks essential to the smooth operation of our Commercial Insurance Department. Your work will help ensure the timely and accurate processing of policies, documentation, and client communications.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Provide administrative support to the Commercial Insurance Brokers and Account Executives
- Review and process policy documentation by providing the Commercial Insurance Brokers with coverage recommendations or addressing any concerns with coverage, discounts, or premium increases
- Prepare certificates of insurance for review by the Commercial Insurance Brokers
- Maintain and create certificate information within Microsoft Word and the Broker Management System
- Assist the department with testing and implementation of new initiatives
- Transact Agency Bill and Direct Bill policies in the Broker Management System
- Process and upload new business, endorsements, and cancellations into the insurance company portals as instructed by the Commercial Insurance Brokers
- Prepare quotes for finance contracts and issue contracts as directed by the Commercial Insurance Brokers
- Performing other related duties as required
**Qualifications**
- Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario (RIBO) License is required
- Proficiency with Applied EPIC is an asset
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Team-oriented with a willingness to collaborate and assist others
- Ability to multi task and prioritize effectively
- Previous experience in a commercial insurance support role or brokerage is an asset
