Summary

Key Qualifications

  • Plan and execute warehouse operations, including unloading, receiving, quantity counting, checking integrity of outer packaging, signing off on receiving documentation, and recording.
  • Plan and manage picking, organizing, palletizing, loading, and shipping in the regulated warehouse, ensuring proper handover of shipping documents.
  • Support onsite customs inspections, including moving goods, handling products, and restoring product packaging.

Follow rules and upgrade the procedures to ensure the efficient and cost-effective operation and utilization of the facility.

  • Oversee the assigned department’s performance including daily KPI monitoring and ensure it has been processed. Act as a liaison between Management and front-line employees.
  • Comply with all Health / Safety / Security programs to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment, and property.
  • Ensure adequate training of staff. Keep teams up to date with daily operational issues, priorities, and tasks.
  • Train new hires and casual laborers.
  • In charge of scheduling team member and team attendance data.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
