**What will your responsibility at LKQ?**
- Assist with scheduling and overseeing daily assignments of warehouse personnel to ensure quality control and maximum productivity of team members,
- Supervise and assist in the storage and handling of production material that has been received or needs to be shipped,
- Ensures all parts are sent out according to customer expectations,
- Responsible to track, adjust, and approve employees’ work hours in the payroll system,
- Supervise all warehouse personnel, assign tasks and duties on a daily basis, i.e., shipping and receiving of inventory and proper storage of parts,
- Analyze or resolve work problems or assists workers in solving work issues or concerns,
- Establish or adjust work procedures to meet deadlines,
- Assist with the management of personnel which may include interviewing, hiring, performance evaluations, terminations, disciplinary action, etc,
**What is the profile we are looking for?**
- High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent desired,
- 3 to 5 years of warehouse experience,
- 1 to 5 years of supervisory experience,
- Flexibility to work variable schedules, including a schedule **from 11:00 pm until 8:00 am**:
- Knowledge of and ability to operate a forklift and Raymond Reach,
- Must be able to work in cooperation with others.
- Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with others.
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
