**Position Summary**
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented **Service Compliance Administrator** to join our team. In this onsite role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our Service Partners meet contract-specific compliance and clearance requirements. This is an excellent role for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and process improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Interpret and understand client contracts and clearance requirements
- Communicate clearly and professionally with Service Partners to ensure understanding and compliance
- Educate Service Partners on the importance of maintaining required clearances
- Track clearance and training progress using Excel, identifying compliant vs. non-compliant partners
- Record data accurately in Salesforce and manage documentation
- Follow up on incomplete submissions and support workload completion
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and compliance data
- Communicate and uphold company policies and procedures to stakeholders

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration role
- High level of integrity, professionalism and respect for confidentiality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate in French is considered an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with DocuSign an asset
- Experience with Salesforce considered an asset
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset, with the confidence to challenge assumptions or raise concerns when necessary to support risk mitigation efforts for Case/LFXPM.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation required

**Working Conditions**
- This is a fully onsite role at our Belle River office
- Manual dexterity required to use a desktop computer
- Ability to sit for extended periods
