Capital Ford Lincoln is looking to add to their sales team We INVEST in our people; we recognize that our success depends solely on YOUR SUCCESS.

Capital provides a guaranteed monthly income alonside the ability to earn as much as possible with an opportunistic pay plan.

As a Automotive Sales Representative you will be responsible for:

- Welcoming customers and actively listen to understand their needs
- Use a consultative selling process to match the best vehicle to the customers needs.
- Create an exceptional vehicle delivery experience for the customer.
- Prospectthrough referrals and other creative approaches.
- Set and achieve targeted sales goals
- Gain and demonstrate superior product knowledge to effectively help customers.
- Transition customers to the Service Department to support their ownership experience
- Overall provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty and retention.

**The Qualifications**
- No prior sales experience necessary
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer experience
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and fellow team members, exhibiting diplomacy and tact
- Well-groomed, professional appearance
- Meticulous organization and follow-up skills
- Demonstrates problem solving skills; ability to prioritize workload
- Superior verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressured environment
- Valid driver licence
