**The Role**: The Shell Brockville Lube Oil Blending Plant (LOBP) is located in Brockville, Ontario, Canada. Brockville is located 1 hour south of Ottawa and 1 hour east of Kingston along the 401 highway, the busiest corridor in Canada. Brockville is one of 40 LOBPs in Lubricants Supply Chain (LSC), falling under the Lubricantsclass of business within Shell Downstream with a current throughput of approximately 130 ML/yr and capacity of 350 ML/yr, Brockville LOBP produces approximately 165 formulations of automotive, aviation and industrial lubricating oils across >900 finished product SKUs. Products range across bulk rail and truck, 975L tote, 205L drum, 20L pail, 5L (gallon) and 1L (quart) small bottle. The plant’s 115 bulk storage tanks, 2 in-line blenders (ILB) and 2 auto-batch blending kettles (ABB) are fully automated with receiving, loading and packaging via the plant Distributed Control System with full ERP (GSAP) integration. We believe in creating a diverse and inclusive culture and work environment where you can thrive, innovate and develop but most of all, be yourself. - What's the role -_ Accountabilities - Lead the daily support for the Honeywell Process Control System (PCS) which is integrated in all plant operations including support of IT Honeywell related hardware and software, e.g., PHD server, Experion patches - Define project deliverables and provide technical assurance review for projects that have PCS and Process, Automation and Control scope - Manage the virtualization platform, which includes, creating new Virtual Machines (VMs), migrating existing VMs, managing backups, creating new users - Conduct a regular risk management on PCD assets to identify non-compliance items and develop a remediation plan to address gaps **Skills & Requirements** - Minimum 4 years in Manufacturing, Industrial or Oil & Gas environment - Experience with Honeywell TDC3000/Experion platforms. Oil Movement & Storage (OM&S) and other Process Control System experience will be considered, e.g. Foxboro, Emerson. - Chemical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Computer Engineer, or Instrumentation Engineering Technology education or similar. - Experience with Honeywell PHD, Experion HS and Master logics PLC is preferred - Knowledge of Honeywell ELCN - Experience with Control Language - Must have legal authorization to work in Canada on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer **Disclaimer
