Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the Sales Coordinator’s mission is to support the Sales team in coordination and analysis, ensuring that all necessary data and support documents are available to facilitate customer approach (prospecting, development) and setup with Cascades operations. You play a key role in the governance and updating of sales master data as well as the coordination and preparation of account planning activities. You act as a bridge between the client and the organization across all Cascades' strategic business units for all accounts associated with the portfolio under your responsibility. You maintain relationships with people within client companies and foster good relationship with them. In this way, you contribute to optimizing Cascades' sales and revenue growth objectives.**Your main responsabilities**:

- Oversee sales operational process and quality of customer information communicated to crossfunctional teams.
- Responsible for effective communication between sales and other functions.
- Support sales team for new quotes request.
- Support complaint process.
- Responsible to provide all information required to create items in SAP.
- Monitor important contract dates with regard to price increases, volume rebates, renewal and sales funnel status.
- Prepare and share customer dashboard with key accounts
- Draft and prepare proposal in collaboration with sales representative for current customer and new prospects.
- Complete and answer to all the requests from customer regarding the questionnaires / information about Cascades.
- Prepare and coordinate sales-related events and projects.

- Communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Detailed oriented
- Knowledge of excel spreadsheets spreadsheets intermediate to advanced level
- English written and speaking - French speaking would be considered as a strong asset.
