Project Co-ordinator

Leston Holdings is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the successful delivery of multi-family residential construction projects—including multi-storey buildings and townhomes—by coordinating construction activities, documentation, and communication with internal teams and external partners. You will work closely with the Project Manager and Project Superintendent to ensure projects are executed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Project Manager and Superintendent with all day-to-day construction and administrative duties.
- Plan and schedule key construction activities while establishing and maintaining project priorities.
- Ensure that project milestone and deadline dates are set, tracked, and met.
- Coordinate and maintain project documentation including drawings, specifications, scopes of work, tender packages, contract changes, utility accounts, and purchase orders.
- Assist in the preparation of trade contracts, estimates, and tracking of changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage documentation related to standard specifications, purchaser selections, and sales coordination.
- Work closely with the project team to identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and product quality.
- Participate in the management of construction and post-construction activities ensuring alignment with company policies and safety/quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and internal quality procedures.
- Attend, coordinate, and document project meetings, distributing meeting minutes and action items as needed.
**Qualifications & Competencies**
- Prior experience supporting multi-family residential construction projects is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage detailed project documentation and administrative tasks.
- Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to foster relationships across all project stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Committed team player who treats colleagues, contractors, and partners with respect and professionalism.
- Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
**Technical Proficiency Requirements**
- Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams
- Project Scheduling Tools - Microsoft Project
- Ability to adapt and utilize technology for effective project management and documentation control.
Pay: $48,126.33-$85,142.76 per year
