**Project Coordinator**

**Location**: Edmonton, AB
**Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
**Wage**: $21-26 per hour (based on experience)

We are looking for a **customer-focused, detail-oriented Project Coordinator** to join our **Technical Services Team** and contribute to the seamless execution of security installations.

**Position Summary**

As a **Project Coordinator**, you will be responsible for converting sales orders into projects and overseeing the installation process. You will work closely with the **Technical Services Team** to coordinate site visits, provide remote support, and maintain accurate database records.

In this role, you will also handle incoming service requests, ensuring smooth scheduling, invoicing, and follow-up to create a **positive customer experience**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Use **construction management software** to track progress and allocate resources.
- Assist with **updating drawings** and **project estimating** to support project planning.
- Maintain **technician schedules**, update databases, and handle customer service inquiries.
- Work closely with team members to manage schematics and ensure project specifications are met.
- Implement **time management strategies** to improve workflow and project delivery.

**Qualifications & Skills**

**Experience**:

- Scheduling and coordinating a field team (an asset).
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in computer use (40+ WPM typing speed preferred).
