They will assist in identifying trends and patterns to optimize inventory levels and provide insights to inform strategic decisions and improve operational performance. **Key Responsibilities**: Advanced Analytics and Data Modeling: - Design and implement advanced analytics models. - Optimize analytical models and methodologies to enhance insights and data-driven decision making. - Inventory and demand forecast analytics and modeling. - Monitory inventory levels, backorders, and product availability to prevent backorder or overstock situations. **Data Analysis and Insight Generation**: - Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive performance improvements. - Analyze day-to-day KPI performance and orchestrate action plans required. - Assist in demand forecasting and inventory planning using historical data and trends. - Provide insights to improve demand and supply planning processes. **Report Development and Maintenance**: - Create and maintain comprehensive reports and documentation for all reporting processes. - Collaborate closely with various business unit to understand business requirements and develop solution meeting requirements. - Deliver KPI performance data for weekly and monthly review. - Support Managers in tracking KPI and creating reports for stakeholders. - Work with large datasets to organize and structure data in a way that supports analysis. - Work with the IT department to automate data collection and reporting processes. **Required Competencies**: - Undergraduate degree or 5+ years of experience in Advanced Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field - Proficiency in data analysis and modeling, - Proven experience with Excel, SQL, SSIS and SSRS, and experience working large datasets. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. - Strong knowledge in supply chain management and warehouse operations. - Proven track record of developing analytic presentations.
