**Essential Job Functions**:

- Greeting Customers
- Answering Telephone
- Prepare and Process Financial Invoices
- Process Parts Invoices
- Maintain front desk, reception area, and meeting area
- Taking information for walk-in estimates and handling customer drop-offs
- Timecard entry
- Manage the vehicle rental program
- Perform any related clerical duties

**Requirements**:

- Must like working in a fun environment that produces results.
- Able to stay organized and manage time effectively when working alone or collaboratively with a team.
- Enthusiastic, displays a positive attitude and is professional.
- 1 + Administrative Experience
- Superb communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to problem solve and to work independently, under pressure and with deadlines.
- Customer Service Focused
