**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**A.** **Strategic & Administrative Support**
- Manage executive calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and prepare follow-up summaries.
- Organize and archive documents, reports, and communications.
- Assist in task prioritization and time management, including mobile task coordination during travel.

**B.** **Data & Technical Operations**
- Gather, clean, and analyze data for reports and decision-making.
- Perform statistical mining and generate actionable insights.
- Learn and operate production machinery software to support operational needs.
- Monitor and manage virus protection and basic IT security across devices.

**C. Logistical & Personal Assistance**
- Provide transportation for the executive and assist with mobile productivity.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Run errands and support day-to-day personal logistics as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in executive support, technical assistance, or operations.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, or similar).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity basics and software troubleshooting.
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Discretion, reliability, and a proactive mindset.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion).
- Background in IT support or technical operations.
- Comfort with both corporate and hands-on environments.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.

**Work Environment**

Hybrid role: office, on-site, and in-transit support.
- Flexible hours with occasional evening or weekend availability.
- Direct reporting to the executive

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Executive Technical Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
