We currently have an opening in our Georgetown, Ontario location for full-time **Logistics Assistant**. This key position within our organization will report to the Shipping Manager.

The main responsibilities of this position are, but not limited to:

- Responsible for scheduling deliveries
- Assisting on the daily scheduling for Company drivers.
- Prepare Customs Paperwork
- Maintain updated records for Customs Certificates
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and other departments in regards to scheduling.
- Planning and Tracking the shipments of final product according to customer requirements.
- Preparing reports.
- Perform other duties as required.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a logistics coordinator is an asset
- Customer Service experience.
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
