Job Description

The VFX Production Assistant provides administrative support to the production team through the course of a project, from pre-production to final delivery.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Provide day-to-day project support for production by managing calendar updates, preparing meeting rooms, organizing documents and files and updating databases;
- Receive and transfer sensitive material related to projects to and from clients, and ensure it is shared with the appropriate people internally;
- Troubleshoot technical issues that arise during data transfers, review session and delivery scripts;
- Catalog and manage all reference and client materials;
- Take, receive and disseminate internal and client shot notes;
- Prepare materials and playlists for dailies sessions;
- Escalate any issues promptly to the VFX Coordinator.

Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative position;
- Fluent in English, written and spoken;
- Good knowledge of GSuite and Microsoft Office;
- Strong organizational skills.
