**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled and motivated I.T. Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring day-to-day system operations, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and security access issues, and delivering comprehensive onsite and remote support to end-users. You will report directly to the IT Director and collaborate with a dedicated team of IT consultants and analysts to ensure seamless system functionality. **Duties**
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues.
- Manage support tickets and maintain system knowledge base.
- Add, modify, remove users in MS 365, Yardi, and Telus Business Connect.
- Performing various network related maintenance and support tasks.
- Conduct routine maintenance on computer hardware to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot security access systems and CCTV cameras.
- Communicate effectively with users to understand their technical needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Perform other tasks related to his / her area of expertise.

**Requirements**:

- Must be Bilingual (English/French)
- CEGEP or University degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or in a relevant discipline
- Proficiency in operating systems including Windows 10/11, MacOS.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
- Good understanding of computer systems, printers, network, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Knowledge of MS 365 Administration
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle for on-site troubleshooting

**Bonus**
- Knowledge of security access systems - Allegion Engage, Dormakaba, Salto, ICT
- Experience with Zoho Desk
- Knowledge of video surveillance systems
- Knowledge of Yardi
- Experience with VOIP
- Experience with End Point Security

Pay: $49,637.59-$60,000.00 per year
