**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of carpentry teams on-site.
- Assemble and build structures according to specifications, including framing, drywall installation, siding, and cabinet installation.
- Restore and maintain existing structures as needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on all job sites.
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed by team members for quality assurance.
- Train and mentor junior carpenters in best practices and techniques.
- Manage materials inventory
- Perform heavy lifting as required during construction activities.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or supervisor role is preferred.
- Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding real property reports
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks associated with carpentry work.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective team management and client interaction.
