We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman / Lead Carpenter - to join our team and oversee construction projects from start to finish.

**Job Description: Foreman/Lead Carpenter**

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter certification** (preferred).
- Proven experience in **commercial construction** projects.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in **concrete work**, including foundation and flatwork.
- Proficiency in **structural steel and lumber framing**.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively as a **team player**.
- Previous experience as a **Foreman** or **Lead Carpenter** is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites as required.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
