**About The Role**:
This role, reporting directly to the VP Production, is a key function within our production organisation. The role is permanent, full-time and offers a competitive salary based on experience, company health benefits and team profit sharing.

**Key Job Responsibilities**
- Identify, develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules.
- Manage and maintain all brewery equipment, including brewing system, packaging line, centrifuge, dealcoholizer, and utilities.
- Oversee and execute preventative maintenance programs and ensure timely repairs and part replacements.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify potential maintenance issues.
- Coordinate service visits with equipment service technicians and contractors as needed.
- Develop and maintain critical spare parts inventory
- Provide technical direction for facility improvement projects
- Manage maintenance budgets and costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to optimise equipment performance.

**Qualifications**
- 5 years of experience in a leading role on a maintenance team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, individually and in a team setting
- Millwright or electrical ticket is an asset
- Strong knowledge of brewery equipment, or relevant food and beverage processes and equipment
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Effective organisational and time management skills.
- A flexible schedule is a must.
- May be required to work weekends and off hours
