**Job Overview**
We are seeking a versatile and proactive **Executive & Marketing Assistant** to provide high-level administrative support to the founder while assisting with marketing, social media, and influencer initiatives. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and wants to be deeply involved in the behind-the-scenes growth of a digital beauty brand.

This is a **part-time contract position** (10-15 hours/week) with the potential to grow into a full-time role by the end of 2026. We are looking for someone eager to grow with the company as it expands.

Haiirology is a growing hair education brand and digital business founded by a professional hairstylist with over 10 years of experience. Our mission is to **empower women to understand and care for their hair through trustworthy, expert-backed education**. We publish hair tutorials, blog content, digital products, and collaborate with top beauty brands. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for someone who’s excited to grow with us and play a key role in supporting both business operations and marketing initiatives.

**Responsibilities**

**Executive & Administrative Support**
- Manage the founder’s calendar, appointments, and inbox — ensuring priorities and deadlines are met
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain filing systems, trackers (passwords, subscriptions, KPIs), and Google Drive organization
- Support with financial tracking, maintain monthly expense and revenue spreadsheets
- Conduct research to support decision-making, partnerships, and new initiatives
- Coordinate team weekly task documents and ensure Asana/project management tools stay current
- Handle light personal support (10% of role) including appointments, errands, and bill reminders

**Marketing & Social Media Support**
- Assist with scheduling and organizing content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
- Track and report analytics for campaigns, partnerships, and social performance
- Maintain and update affiliate links (ShopMy, Amazon) and content libraries
- Help coordinate influencer/brand collaborations, send campaign deliverables for approval

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years as a **PA/EA, marketing coordinator, or content/operations assistant** is preferred.
- Highly organized, excellent time management, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to maintain discretion
- Passion for social media, influencer marketing, and/or the beauty and hair industry
- Valid driver’s license and access to a car; availability for 1-2 in-person days per week

- **Location**: Durham Region (Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering) or Scarborough — Hybrid (1-2 days in person, remainder remote)
- **Hours**: 10-15 hours/week to start (Contract) — potential to grow into a full-time position by the end of 2026
- **Compensation**: $20-$25/hour (depending on experience)
