Roadtrek Inc. is currently recruiting for a Human Resource Generalist to join their team. This role will support and assist with the day-to-day operations within the HR Department supporting Recruitment, Labour Relations, Benefit Administration, Employee Training, Health and Safety and other HR related activities.

**Responsibilities May Include**:

- Full Cycle Recruitment
- Onboarding of new employees to ensure a positive experience
- HR and Health & Safety administration and support
- Group Benefit and Pension administration and responding to inquiries
- Coordinate and administer training such as AODA, WHMIS, Violence and Harassment etc.
- Support our Early and Safe Return to Work Program
- Assist with, plan and/or coordinate events
- Experience with a time and attendance program to support Payroll would be an asset
- Other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Minimal 3 years’ experience working as a Human Resources Professional within a Manufacturing Setting, ideally within a unionized environment
- Experience providing advice or guidance concerning health and safety matters in a Manufacturing setting
- Post-Secondary education in Human Resources Management
- Strong knowledge of Employment Standards, Human Rights, and Health and Safety Legislation
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills; this position requires discretion and confidentiality
