**WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR US?**
- Full-time position, 35 hours a week, **Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm;**:

- **Salary: 16$/hour + Performance bonuses (average of $1/hour for current employees);**:

- **Paid training is provided** on your first day to facilitate your integration;

**WHAT IS THE ROLE OF THE INSIDE SALES CORPORATE ACCOUNTS ?**
- Document in the system each call with information gathered from customer interactions;
- Provide exemplary customer service to our customers by taking care to respond to inquiries, resolve reported problems and be available to them;
- Prepare price lists, activate, adjust, cancel or modify price lists;
- Establish respectful and collaborative relationships with customers, co-workers and supervisor;
- Use available tools and technologies appropriately;
- Promote Denis Office Supplies and Furniture and the quality of its services.

**REQUIRED PROFIL of the inside sales corporate accounts**:

- Ability to listen, communicate orally and in writing, in french and english
- Dynamic
- Disciplined
- Sense of purpose, analytical and organizational skills
- Self-motivation, respect for deadlines, ability to manage time efficiently

**Schedule** : Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
