**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate all service department activities to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage service staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement service department policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee customer interactions, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience throughout the service process.
- Collaborate with sales teams to promote services and upsell additional products or services to customers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and mechanical systems.
- Previous experience as a mechanic or in a similar role within a dealership setting is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and financial transactions related to service operations.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
