**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Manage e-commerce initiatives to enhance online sales and customer engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Create and manage Facebook advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Oversee product management processes, ensuring alignment between marketing efforts and product offerings.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design visually appealing marketing materials.
- Analyze data using Google Analytics and Google AdWords to measure campaign performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional strategies that support sales objectives.
- Manage budgeting for marketing initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and analytics.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
- Proficiency in Facebook Advertising and other social media platforms.
- Experience with product management and sales strategies.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for design purposes.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
