**Responsibilities**

**Active hands-on S**crum Master**

**Creating** the burndown chart** and weekly** velocity chart**

**Facilitation of the **scrum **ceremonies**

**Holding the team members accountable on the committed user stories**

**Being an early warning indicator to solve for the **risks**

**Report** the senior leadership on the **teams** progress - lessons learned, any impediments, etc.**

**Monitor agile adaptability in the team**:capacity** planning, story points, acceptance criteria defined, etc.**

**Qualifications we **seek** in **you**

**Minimum **Q**ualifications**

**BE/ B Tech/ MCA** or equivalent**

**Excellent **system analysis skills**

**Preferred **Q**ualifications**/ Skills**

**Experience **as **Scaled Agile Framework Scrum Master**

**Fully agile high paced team in fraud domain**

**Tracking of delivery schedule for the committed user stories**

**Experience working **User Interface, User Accessibility Testing, Alert Management and Micro services, Backend Database, Cloud **migration**
