**Team Lead, Customer Service - Hybrid**

**What you’ll get to do**:
- Work closely with the team, motivating, coaching, providing direction and feedback to workers during shifts
- Manage and resolve day-to-day escalated inquiries from B2C customers in a timely manner
- Spot trends in customer issues to flag for the rest of the team
- Assist with client escalation support
- Assist management with monthly reporting
- Foster and maintain the Buyatab culture and a positive work environment
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Skilled at critical thinking and problem-solving and can not only clearly identify, define, and articulate problems, but develop creative solutions for them
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role (preferably in a SaaS environment) is an asset but not required
- You are passionate about ensuring a high standard of professionalism and provide stellar customer service
- You are a fast learner and adept at both understanding and articulating new technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and can effectively research the internet
- Prior experience working with customer support tools and ticketing systems such as JIRA/Confluence, Zendesk, Slack
