**Administrative Coordinator (Entry Level)**

**Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to kick-start your career in a fast-paced, supportive environment?** We’re looking for an **Administrative Coordinator** to join our growing team and play a vital role in supporting our customers, sales agents, and operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Support & Application Assistance**:
**Sales Support & Verification**:

- Assist the sales team with customer sign-ups for private financing of HVAC equipment.
- Conduct verification calls and review confidential documents to ensure all requirements are met for financing approvals.

**File & Data Management**:

- Maintain and update customer records in **HubSpot CRM** and other platforms.

**Scheduling & Coordination**:

- Schedule and track energy audits, follow up with auditors, and manage required paperwork submissions.
- Organize service calls, equipment orders, and installation schedules with suppliers and technicians.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Organization & Detail-Oriented**: Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., **HubSpot**) is a plus but not required—we’ll train you
- **Flexibility**: Adaptable to evenings and weekends when needed in a busy environment.
- **Problem Solver**: Proactive and solution-focused with great attention to detail.

Pay: $23.68-$26.22 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 44 per week

Additional pay:
