**Salary**: $18.75
**Start Date**: As Soon As Possible

**About the Role**

We are looking for a dependable and organized **Building Superintendent** to join our property management team. This role is key to ensuring a clean, well-maintained building environment and supporting essential operations like utility tracking and rent follow-up.

**Responsibilities**
- Keep all common areas clean and tidy (hallways, lobby, stairwells, laundry room, etc.)
- Perform regular building checks and report any maintenance issues
- Record and submit monthly hydro (electricity) readings for each unit
- Follow up with tenants when rent is overdue
- Deliver notices and maintain proper documentation related to rent collection
- Respond to tenant inquiries in a professional and timely manner

**Qualifications**
- Experience in property maintenance or a similar role is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Comfortable tracking and reporting data (hydro readings)
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Construction experience (electrical, plumbing, hvac) considered an asset
- Experience cleaning and maintaining property (indoor & outdoor)
- Experience managing tenants and utilizing the landlord tenant board when required.

Pay: $34,475.09-$39,594.14 per year
