Crown Structural - Leader in Residential Structural Remodeling

Crown Structural is quickly becoming THE trusted name when it comes to residential (and commercial) structural renovation and remodeling. Our focus is to provide the highest quality of workmanship and service to our clients, whether they are homeowners, general contractors, or builders.

Our services include:

- Foundation repairs
- Structural beam installation/replacement
- Addition framing
- Exterior wall openings
- Load-bearing wall removals
- Steel structures (mezzanines, decks, balconies, etc.)
- and more

We are looking for a young and driven individual who is a team player and can share our vision. Work with pride and not be afraid to sign their name on every single structural member installed

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a rough carpenter/framer
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Comfortably use power tools such as saws, lifts, chains, mag drills, etc.
- Ability to assess existing framing and understand structural members

**Responsibilities**:

- Shoring
- Cut, remove, and modify existing framing
- Measure and cut joists, studs, and beams
- Assemble and install wood and steel beams
- Inspect frames for accuracy and quality
- Follow safety protocols when using power tools
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Lead a small team

On the job training will be provided.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Carpentry: 2 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)

Work Location: On the road

Expected start date: 2024-10-01
