**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Steel Framer with drywall installation and corner bead experience to join our drywall team.

You own tools, and transportation are required. This individual will work closely with other drywall professionals to deliver high-quality results on time for our company.

**Responsibilities**
- Build walls, ceilings and boxes using metal materials.
- Have experience in installing drywall, and corner beads.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to determine specifications and layout.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete framing tasks.
- Experience installing corner beads.
- Engage in heavy lifting and maneuvering of materials throughout various job sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in steel framing and drywall experience.
- Own method of travel.
- Must speak english. ( Portuguese is a bonus as most of our crews speak English and Portuguese)
- Proficiency in the use of power tools and hand tools.
- Ability to read and understand drawings as well as whats required on site to complete projects.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $19.35-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Drywall: 5 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
