Our client is a trusted leader in envelope renewal for commercial and residential projects. They are experts in the investigation, analysis, and repair of building envelopes for all material types and vintages. Our client's extensive building renewal services include Building Envelope Renewal, Exterior, and Interior Painting, Roof Renewal and Replacement, Tenant Improvement, Waterproofing, Exterior, and Industrial Cleaning, Environmental Abatement, and Concrete Restoration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily construction activities on site
- Ensure that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
- Monitor and control project progress, including tracking and reporting on project milestones
- Ensure that all construction activities are performed in accordance with plans and specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work site
- Ensure that all necessary paperwork, including daily reports, is completed accurately and on time

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent in the construction industry
- Experience in envelope renewal and building renewal projects is preferred
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
