**Job Title** Mail Room Supervisor **Job Description Summary** Perform all major functions of mail collection and deliver including but not limited to, picking up the mail from the post office, sorting and delivering mail throughout the plant and processing outgoing mail. Oversee mailroom operations and staff. - Perform all functions while maintaining a high level of safety awareness and adherence to safety policies. "Safety First" expectation - Receives, sorts and delivers mail in accordance with mail processing procedures and designated delivery routes. - Supervise mailroom staff - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and communicates changes and progress. - Assist with all shipping needs - Examines outgoing mail for appearance and stamps outgoing mail. - Delivers paper cases to designated copier/fax machines. - Requires common courtesy and clear verbal communication skills - May have to work alternate shifts, weekends, and extended hours if needed - All other duties as assigned. - Requires attention to detail, a pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance. **#INDCWS
