We are currently looking for a full-time Intermediate QA Analyst.

- Produce test cases that are reusable and of high quality.
- Create high quality automation test scripts that can be used for Web, API and other types of solutions.
- Provide detailed feedback and work in JIRA on ticket creation reporting bugs, suggesting product enhancements and optimizations.
- Hands on mobile devices testing (smartphones and tablet devices) of company proprietary solutions with high degree of attention to detail is required.
- Liaise with architects, Leads, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to define software requirements; and to assess feasibility of solution within time constraints.
- Follow industry standards in quality assurance.

**When your expertise drives us.**:

- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT related field
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in QA testing
- Experience with JIRA and QA test case software such as TestRail
- Knowledge of testing software such as jMeter, BrowserStack, PostMan etc.
- Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks such as Katalon, Selenium, Playwright etc.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and scripting languages such as Python are required
- Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, MS SQL or Oracle DB
- Familiarity with IDEs such as VisualStudio Code etc.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written required (ability to receive and provide feedback a must)
- Skilled in User Experience-driven testing
- Bilingual in English & French, a strong asset
