**Who are we looking for**:
**The Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or College degree in computer science, business, or a related discipline with a minimum of 4 years of relevant IT work experience
- Working knowledge of test methodologies and testing practices
- Quick learner who enjoys learning new technologies
- Strong attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

**Core Responsibilities of this position**:

- Plan, build, and maintain test environments with useful test data
- Develop and maintain scripts and other assets that are used to support testing
- Develop and maintain automation test suites built with third-party tools
- Carry out test plans and procedures; verify and document test results
- Manage the defect process, ensuring that defects are documented, tracked, and reported to facilitate timely resolution
- Produce and present testing-related reports and information such as requirement-based coverage, defect age, and trends
- Analyze the impact of a change from a testing perspective, including time/cost/risk
- Prepare testing estimates that incorporate all of the activities that are required to effectively test the system
- Provide guidance and assistance to user acceptance testing

**The Skills needed to succeed in the role**:

- Experience with the following operating systems: Windows, and MS Server 2012
- Prior experience working as a QA analyst or tester
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Background in auction software, accounting, and billing system would be preferable

**Bonus points if you have these Skills**:

- Experience with automation testing tools
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Ability to create SQL queries

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
