**Job Description**:
**YOUR PROFILE**
You are recognized for your excellent customer service skills. You enjoy providing technical support to end-user, as well as identifying, analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving problems with the aim of eliminating recurrences. Also, you are looking to make a difference, locally and globally, by working for a Canadian company, leading the transition to a circular economy by producing clean fuels and renewable chemicals from waste.
As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assume responsibility for on-site technology support.
- Work to resolve any incidents on a timely basis.
- Provide after-hours support as required.
- Liaise with key stakeholders and other support staff (external and internal)
- Quickly grasp new technologies and share knowledge openly including contributing to knowledge repositories
- Participate in the development, documentation, and maintenance of all support processes and procedures.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and listening skills to liaise with stakeholders to understand and improve their technology experience.
- Identify and deliver continuous process improvements to facilitate a consistent and positive customer experience through process simplification, automation, and issue elimination.
- Approach issues with curiosity and display an interest in innovation and emerging technologies and continuous upskilling.
- Provide support to other IT Functional team members during the planning, development and execution of IT initiatives and projects.
**Qualifications**:
**YOUR COMPETENCIES**
- Extensive knowledge and experience supporting Microsoft environments, including Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Power BI, Teams, and Azure Active Directory.
- Experience with procedures for incident, request, and asset management
- Proficiency and experience with identity and access management processes and tools.
- Experience supporting operating systems such as Windows, Mac, iOS, Android.
- Experience supporting video conference equipment.
- Experience with PC and Printer troubleshooting and repair.
**QUALIFICATIONS /SKILLS**
- College diploma in computer science or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Information Technology
- Bilingualism in English and French, written and spoken.
- Team player.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Motivated and continuous learner striving to provide excellence.
