**During your internship, you will contribute and learn to**:

- Work with the planning & inventory management teams, the configuration management team, as well as our technical team composed of data analysts to build dashboards to measure key performance indicators among Parts Services.
- Create or improve Power BI Dashboards that are used to:

- To help employees to visualize workload, to provide status and update on tasks & projects, to identify area for improvement.
- Work side by side with the current inventory control analyst and managers to:

- Improve and automate existing inventory governance tools to provide better visibility into:

- Daily and monthly inventory level and variances to budget.
- Daily and monthly tasks.
- Limit the manual workload.
- Develop a set of tools within Power BI to enhance communication with:

- Our suppliers around planning expectations and collaborative forecasting.
- Our internal departments around performance metrics in Parts Services.

**What we are looking for**:

- 2nd year master’s degree in business intelligence or any other equivalent field of study.
- Have a strong interest in data transformation and business intelligence.
- Have strong skills in the use of data visualization tool such a **Tableau** and **Power BI**.
- Speak and write in French and English.
- Are autonomous and have resourceful spirit
- Have good communication skills.
- Have good ability to learn and adapt.

**Boarding Information**:

- Location: Completion Center
- Duration: 8 months
- Virtual or on site
- It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose._
