**What are your contributions to the team?**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support the development of tools and processes that enhance our performance tracking and project governance. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with KPIs, milestone tracking, and executive-level reporting. The intern will work closely with project leads and governance teams to support decision-making and improve visibility across strategic initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop KPI Dashboards and reporting tools**: Assist in designing and building dashboards and reporting tools to track business or project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using Excel, Power BI, or other business intelligence platforms.
- **Design and maintain milestone tracking tool**s: Build templates and tools to track project milestones, timelines and deliverables across key projects (PCRs) and programs.
- **Assist in the preparation of governance materials**, including slide decks, charts, and data summaries for executive reviews.
- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams** to gather data, define KPIs, and standardize reporting formats.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy of reporting.
- Support ad hoc analysis and reporting needs as required by project or governance stakeholders.

**How to thrive in this role?**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint**, and ideally **Power BI, Google Sheets**, or similar tools..
- Basic understanding of **KPIs, project management concepts**, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong interest in data storytelling and visualization best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

- Duration: 8 months
- Flexible workplace-Hybrid
- It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose._
